Il Sistema SMR di LimaCorporate offre eccellenti soluzioni per il trattamento delle fratture omerali prossimali con emiartroplastica e artroplastica inversa [1-3].
L'effettiva modularità del Sistema SMR consente al chirurgo ortopedico di mantenere le caratteristiche e la tecnica di SMR System [4-7], con un componente metafisario dedicato e nessuna necessità di strumentazione aggiuntiva in sala operatoria.
