Lo Stelo Revision di LimaCorporate offre ai chirurghi ortopedici la libertà di separare la fissazione ossea dal ripristino biomeccanico.
Lo stelo garantisce la fissazione distale grazie alla forma conica, potenziata dalle alette avanzate che assicurano stabilità di rotazione. La finitura sabbiata dello stelo consente la fissazione ossea a lungo termine. I colli modulari prevedono la libera scelta della rotazione e una gamma di offset e altezze per consentire il recupero della biomeccanica indipendentemente dalla fissazione dello stelo.
Il design modulare favorisce il ripristino dei parametri biomeccanici. Lo stelo presenta un esclusivo offset di quattro gradi del cono maschio dello stelo, per la regolazione di precisione della biomeccanica e la preservazione ossea del grande trocantere. Lo stelo utilizza inoltre un affidabile cono 12/14, i cui design e tradizione produttiva sono immutati dal 1992. Il processo di pallinatura applicato alla giunzione del cono garantisce una maggiore resistenza alle sollecitazioni. Per alleviare il rischio di carico puntuale, la punta distale ha una forma arrotondata.
La strumentazione e la tecnica chirurgica dello Stelo Revision sono semplici, efficaci e di facile utilizzo.
