SMR Reverse HP di LimaCorporate amplia l’offerta di SMR Reverse invertendo i materiali portanti di una tipica sostituzione inversa della spalla.
La glenosfera in polietilene cross-linked è dotata di smusso superiore per una maggiore facilità d’impianto, mentre il bordo inferiore consente una migliore distribuzione del carico. Gli inserti inversi in lega CoCr (cobalto cromo) sono disponibili in diverse taglie e opzioni lateralizzanti. Per i pazienti allergici è disponibile anche un’opzione di inserto inverso in ceramica. [2-6] SMR Reverse HP ha ricevuto un rating ODEP 5A [1].
