Code of Ethics

On March 29th 2019, the Board of Directors of Limacorporate S.p.A. has approved a new version of its Code of Ethics.
The company's formal adoption of a Code of Ethics ratifies the principles of "corporate deontology" which LimaCorporate wholeheartedly accepts and whose observance it demands of all company employees, and of whoever works with or on behalf of the LimaCorporate.
The Code of Ethics is to promote or deter certain behaviors and represents the very essence of LimaCorporate's policies on procedure and conduct.

Model 231 Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 introduced into our legal system the "Administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations including those without legal personality", imposing a regime primarily of criminal liability, applicable to companies committing any of the offences covered by the Decree.
Based on these provisions, on the 3rd of June 2014, LimaCorporate adopted, and subsequently updated, the Organization, Management and Control Model (the "Model"), a document which sets out the principles to be observed and the conduct required when working in or on behalf of the Company.

Due to the new crimes recently introduced in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the changes made to the best practices and the changes that have affected the internal organization during these years, on the 29th of March 2019, LimaCorporate approved the update of its Model.
Whistleblowing Platform LimaCorporate has adopted an organization, management and control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231 (Legislative Decree 231/2001), which also includes the Code of Ethics (the Model).
The Model is available at www.whistlebowing.lima.it and represents a tool to raise the level of attention and contrast of behaviors that could configure responsibilities relevant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

With this in mind, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 6, paragraph 2-bis of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, the Company makes this page available for the formulation of reports, even anonymously, of behavior that is relevant for the purposes of the aforementioned legislation. In accordance with and for the effects of art. 6, paragraph 2-bis, lett. b), Legislative Decree 231/2001, the system guarantees, in an informatic way, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person.
