But the “eMotion of Motion” can only be achieved through our responsibility to ensure the company is sustainable, diverse, and ethical.

Our commitment to the world is inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through which we refine our strategy and track our behavior. Specifically, we address goals on good Health and Wellbeing, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Responsible consumption and Production, Climate Action, Peace, ​Justice, and Strong Institution.
Considering the industry we operate in, we believe it is our duty to comply to high ethical standards and conduct our business in a fair way. Compliance is essential to build a trustworthy relationship with surgeons and therefore patients. Our goal is that surgeons enter the operating room trusting 100% the implants and the instruments they are using.
We are also committed to innovation. We believe that technology can help us live a better life and we, therefore, invest in the transformation of our business.
In a world that moves faster than ever, patient expectations from surgery have changed. They not only want to suppress the pain but also want to go back to their normal activities. To fulfill their wish, implants need to adapt to their anatomy and be delivered fast. To access that need, in 2007 we were pioneers in the application of 3D printing to orthopedics. In 2021, we took our vision one step forward, opening the ProMade PoC Center @HSS, the first production facility on hospital grounds. The core of the facility is our bespoke design service ProMade.

We are creating an inclusive culture in which diversity is a value. In 2023 we finalized our Gender Policy which includes several concrete actions to further foster inclusion, from dedicated training to the pay gap elimination, from zero-tolerance policy for violence to parenting support.
