Do you know what joint registries are?

Have you ever heard of joint registries? Do you know what they are?
In this new episode of our #Thinkclinical project, we find out.
A Joint Registry is a system dedicated to collecting all available information about orthopedic implants. This data is then processed to identify how well they're performing and any implant-related problems.
The aim of the registry is the improvement of the quality of care that is available to patients.
➡ Here is a list of the main international registries: NJR UK, Australian AOANJRR, New Zealand NZOA, Slovak SAR, Swiss SIRIS, German EPRD, Dutch LROI, Italian RIAP and Emilia Romagna RIPO, American AJRR.
