Revision Stem
The LimaCorporate Revision Stem provides reliable distal fixation, with the stem giving diaphyseal fit, and the fins anchoring into the cortex for rotational stability. The modular necks offer the flexibility to match the patient’s biomechanics.

About
LimaCorporate’s Revision Stem offers orthopedic surgeons the freedom to separate bony fixation from biomechanical restauration.
The stem offers distal fixation thanks to the conical shape, enhanced by fins for rotational stability. The Grit blasted stem finish allows for bone long-term fixation. The modular necks have a free choice of rotation and a range of offsets and heights to allow the biomechanics to be restored independent of the stem fixation.
Their modular design aids to recover biomechanical parameters. The stem features a unique four degree offset of the stem's male taper. This allows for fine tuning biomechanics and/or bone preservation of the Greater Trochanter. The Stem furthermore utilizes a trusted 12/14 taper whose design and manufacturing heritage is unchanged since 1992. An increased fatigue resistance is achieved by the shot-peening process applied to the taper junction. To alleviate the risk of point loading, the distal tip provides a rounded design.
Revision Stem instrumentation and surgical technique is simple, effective and straight forward.
