LimaCorporate featured in LinkedIn success stories for BreakTheBias campaign

Last March, on the occasion of International Women's Day, LimaCorporate launched an internal campaign called #BreaktheBias that aimed at improving people's understanding of uncoscious bias.
To do so, employees had to enter a challenge and follow a dedicated course on LinkedIn Learning that focused on embracing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and eliminating biases and discrimination against others.
To further investigate the learning challenge, by watching the course, employees also had the power to increase the donations that LimaCorporate made to organizations that are actively working to improve women's conditions all over the world.
Thanks to the participation of 506 employees, LimaCorporate donated donating €2,250 to UN Women and €2,250 to Catalyst two organizations that have made women’s right their daily mission.
