LimaCorporate places four beehives on HQ roof and adopts ten more around the region
LimaCorporate has launched a new partnership with Comaro, a local beekeeping company that will be supporting us in protecting the environment and safeguarding biodiversity on our office premises.
The project comprises a series of initiatives such as:
• The installation of four beehives on LimaCorporate's roof
• The adoption of ten additional beehives around Friuli Venezia Giulia
• A "learning path" for employees, which will explain the importance of beekeeping.
Bees are essential for life on Earth. They are responsible for more than 75% of the pollination of flowers and edible plants, but their populations are also threatened in particular by pesticides and pollution.
Bees are also great indicators of a good environment. At our factory, we keep pollution as low as possible, but bees will be a good indicator in monitoring the health of the area around our HQ.
