About
DELTA Multihole TT Pro is intended for use in total revision hip arthroplasty, in cases of previously failed total hip arthroplasty, as well as in complex primary cases of correction of functional deformities as hip dysplasia. DELTA Multihole TT cup is a hemispherical cementless acetabular cup manufactured in Trabecular Titanium, LimaCorporate’s proprietary 3D printing technology, with more than 10 years of clinical heritage. TT Trabecular Titanium provides primary stability thanks to the high coefficient of friction and the press-fit interlocking between the cup and the acetabulum, with 1 mm difference with the acetabular reamers. Secondary stability is achieved thanks to the capability of TT Trabecular Titanium to stimulate biological fixation by its osteoconductive potential.
DELTA Multihole TT Pro can be coupled with BIOLOX®delta liners, neutral and protruded liners in their standard, highly crosslinked or LimaVit® version. The latter is LimaCorporate’s state of the art highly cross-linked polyethylene with added Vitamin E being used clinically for several years in Europe. In cases where existing host bone forces the cup to be implanted in a vertical position, inclination and version angles can be adjusted by using the DELTA spacer technology. Possible cranial bone defects can be filled with TT hemispherical modules which are made from LimaCorporate's propretiatry 3D printing technology: Trabecular Titanium. The defect filling modules are intended for cementless use by screw fixation onto the DELTA Multihole TT cup.
